Architectural Request Forms

The Architectural Committee (ARC) is made up of volunteers from Turtle Creek who help to keep our community looking it's best. In most cases, the ARC is able to review applications and determine whether the proposed improvement to a resident's lot is in line with the community's governing documents, such as the Articles of Incorporation, covenants, and bylaws. A key benefit that the ARC provides is that they ensure pleasing views and uniform aesthetic are upheld throughout the neighborhood. To Complete the ARC Application online please use the this link:

 

1. Complete the ARC Application

2. Attach the following components to make up a Request Packet:

• Application Form (signed by the owner(s))
• Design Sketch and/or Proposal from the Contractor (include paint colors when applicable)
• Residential Plot annotating the area of improvement
• Any authorization letters from neighbors (when appropriate for fencing or projects affecting connecting property)

3. Submit Your Packet to Diamond Management at Kimberly@diamond-mgt.com  

 

Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be approved and returned BEFORE beginning the improvement project.
